Philip Boyle worked for the London Borough of Islington on low rise high density and Parker Morris Cost yardstick housing schemes between 1966-91. Prior to this, he was part of the group conducting post-occupancy surveys at the West Ham scheme that followed standards from the 1961 Parker Morris Report and was part of the MHLG Research Group (1963-66) on the Oldham Jesperson scheme.
