Peter Bishop is Professor of Urban Design at The Bartlett School of Architecture and a partner at Bishop and Williams ltd. For 25 years he was a planning director in four central London Boroughs working on major projects including Kings Cross. In 2006 appointed as the first Director of Design for London and in 2008 the Deputy Chief Executive at the London Development Agency. In 2011 carried out a policy on behalf of the Government, “The Bishop Review”, on the quality of design in the built environment.
